Hannah explained all about how the subconscious mind works and how it’s not always rational and logical and just needs some reprogramming which is what the hypnotherapy does. The hypnotherapy sessions left me feeling wonderfully relaxed, much more positive and ready to face anything. But I also valued the discussions about anxiety and I now have a far better understanding of it.
